What Causes Itchy Bumps On The Inner Thighs?

Hi my name is Lyza Hanley and I have a question. There s two bumps side by side that never gores away and itches sometimes on my inner thigh almost close to my bikini line. Doctors have told me its ingrown hairs but im really not sure what to do. Can you please help me?

You don't have to worry as it is temporary post inflammatory hypopimentation which will resolve with time.
