hello, I m only 19, and i have had these small itchy bumps on my labia. I don t know how long they have been there. When i wear pads, i find that they get more itchy and red... I m really worried about this, and i really want to gather an idea on what this could be... Thank you

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful. A visual examination by your gynecologist or GP and swab will help to rule out this. If yeast infection and you were my patient then i would recommend using clotrimazole cream for local application and fluconazole tab weekly once for 1 month orally. You can also use intimate wash daily to normalize your vaginal bacterial flora and PH. Avoid using soaps for washing genital area and hard detergents for underwear. You can use warm water or saline for washing.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
