What Causes Itchy Dark Spot On The Back?
I have a dark spot, tangerine size, flat, itchy sometimes in the L mid part of my back,. It has been there for +/- one year. I used antifungal cream, hydrocortisone, , zovirax ointment ( it relieved the itchiness, temporarily, but it did not disappear. What is that?

Skin lesions that do not respond to treatments or that last more than a few months, need to be seen by a dermatologist and if possible a biopsy should be done to determine the exact cause of it.
So, I would recommend you to see a dermatologist and have a biopsy performed.
