What Causes Itchy Dot On Scrotum?

hello, I am a 30 year old male and i have a few small pin like dot on my scrotum. I have had these for about 5 years. I do shave there and was wondering if this is the cause. They dont itch or bother me at all...maybe i can use somthing to exfoliate the area if it s from shaving?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
First of all the scrotal skin should never be shaved, the hair should be clipped. Stop shaving as the first step.
The red spots are usually due to the typical structure of the scrotal skin due to its highly vascular status. It is possible that the venules have ruptured and caused the red spots to occur.
You can please get this confirmed by examination by a General Surgeon or a Dermatologist. And get treated if indicated.
