Hello I have these dots that appear on the tops of my feet...sometimes just one foot. The dots are not raised and are only rreally itchy when touched. I get these dots usually after playing badminton for a couple hours but have recently been getting them randomly at night or during the day from just doing nothing. They also appear on my wrists and if I further irritate them they crawl up my arms and legs. I don tknow what is happening, help please!!
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy dots on feet and wrists . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like acute meningitis , chickenpox , contact dermatitis , erythema nodosum and heat rash . The symptoms can also occur due to allergy from sweat . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , allergy test and skin patch test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe immunosippressants and corticosteroid ointment along with antibacterial or antiviral depending upon the diagnosis . For now avoid playing and take benadryl twice .
