What Causes Itchy Eyes And Cracked Lips While Suffering From Psoriasis?

I have psoriasis and have recently been afflicted with itchy red swollen eyes and cracked lips--it s not an allergy reaction, no congestion, no sneezing, no history of these symptoms--also have a cut in the cuticle of my thumb that won t heal. Are these the signs of a autoimmune disease?

Hello,

Sjogren syndrome is an autoimmune disorder that most often causes dry eyes and dry mouth. Sjogren syndrome often accompanies other immune system disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. In Sjogren syndrome, the mucous membranes and moisture-secreting glands of your eyes and mouth are usually affected first — resulting in decreased production of tears and saliva.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
