What Causes Itchy Foreskin And Dryness In The Penis Despite Using Fucidin?

Hello,I have had a recurring problem with my penis for a couple of years now. At first I thought it was thrush.. after applying liberal amounts of canestan and even taking fluconazole, it didn t go away.. So, I diagnosed by self with balanitis? My friend S children had impetigo at a similar time and she suggested I use some of her fucidin H cream and it literally cleared it up in a couple of days! However, since this occurrence, my glans has been very dry, to the point I ve had to regularly moisturise it? Anyway, this has sufficed somewhat for a year or so... But now my original symptoms are back again! Canestan once again doesn t touch it and i m all out of fucidin H?! My symptoms are extremely itchy foreskin and bright red, very raw areas on my glans? Any ideas?
