What Causes Itchy Hard Water Bubbles On Hands And Arms?

hi, I have several spots on my hands and arms that have skin irritations.I would consider it to be like tiny hard water bubbles that itch. Wondering if that is some sort of exzema? Its been a few months. I can not pinpoint it to an allergy of any kind like food or plants or animals.

Hello,

It seem like a eczema, propably dishydrotic eczema, which is ID reaction, you have to try a steroid cream 2 times a day for approximately 2 weeks.
