What Causes Itchy Lump On The Head Post Trauma?

Hi,had severe blows to the head 4 yrs ago.Conconsion went away after 3 months,but a cyst has grown,wouldnt care but for last 3 yrs been iychy as hell,wake up at nite sctraching it. May gonna see a plastic surgeon. Why is it so itchy,been using soap of all types but nothing has worked. Please comment.Thank you

Based on what you said, it can be said with fair certainty that you have you have a sebaceous/pilar cyst on your scalp. Repeated scratching can infect the cyst so you should avoid it. Also don’t apply soap or shampoo on it.
