What Causes Itchy Lumps On Either Side Of Buttocks?
I have two lumps, both about the size a walnut, maybe a little smaller, on either side of the top of my butt crack. The lumps appear and go away after awhile (sometimes a few hours, some times a few days). They itch and are uncomfortable to sit on. I was wondering if they could be a swollen gland or something?

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to foruncles which are infection of the hair follicle. I suggest using an anti-histamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching. I also recommend using an antibiotic cream for local application such as Neosporin cream.
