What Causes Itchy Lumps On The Inner Lips?

I have swollen inner lips just on the left side. Their are lumps on it and they are very painful/ichey I think it s getting worse. It is really effecting me all day long. On fri night I was with a guy he was fingering me but no were near his mouth or penners. I will try and see dr ASAP but I m struggling to gets through the evening it s very uncountable
