What Causes Itchy Lumps With Pus On The Areola?

iHello. I have had three small bumps on my aerola for years. I have noticed they have become itchy and when I squeeze them a white discharge comes out then they scab up. However I just happens over and over again it I squeeze the itchy white pus out. Whats going on?
