What Causes Itchy Nipple Along With Uneven Breasts?

Hi for about a 2 weeks my left nipple has been itching severely at times. I noticed tonight that the same breadt is larger and hanging lower than normal. I get a yearly mammogram and there has been no indication of abnormalities. I have dense breast tissue which I hear is normal. I have concerns because my older sister has breast cancer. Thank you.

there might be fungal infection or allergy in the skin. in worse case it could be Paget's disease that should be properly examined and investigated as it is usually associated with malignancy.
