What Causes Itchy, Painful Cuts On Top Of Labia Majora?

2 small cuts at top of labia majora, flaky, itchy and painful. Tried using cotrimoxazole, went on antibiotics - found out from a vaginal swab that I have MRSA. Took a course of erythromycin. Cuts still there - today for some reason shed a LOT of dead skin from that area.
