What Causes Itchy Palms And Itchy And Reddish Soles?
I have recently developed itchy palms and also a burning/itchy feeling on the soles my feet. It seems to be worst in the late afternoon/evening hours. There is redness . Parts of the affected skin look blotchy but it appears to be in the tissue under the skin.

The symptoms seem to be related to contact dermatitis. I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using Betametasone cream for local application. If the symptoms continue, I suggest to see a dermatologist for further evaluation.
