What Causes Itchy Penis After Masturbation?

hi doctor i am having high intensity of itching inside of my penis after i masturbated yesterday even if it moves i get itching what should i do doctor Please guide me is it related to masturbating or i had my hernia done six years ago is it related to that? I am 18 yrs old ..

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem of itching can be due to irritation from masterbation or due to fungal infection. Decrease in moisturization also can cause this. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using coconut oil or olive oil is a natural remedy. If you were my patient with such condition then I would suggest using ointments containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroid like flucinolone for local application.
