What Causes Itchy Penis Head And Penile Discharge?

Here is the timeline of events: I am a 26 years old male. a bit less than 3 months ago, a breakage in protection during vaginal intercourse, twice in a row. Tested negative for HIV at 75 days, will take the test again in 90 days checkpoint to be conclusive. Tested negative for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea at 3 weeks after possible exposure. Recently had unprotected fellatio. Other sexual activities were protected. Had middle ear inflammation in one ear with unknown reason last week, GP prescribed amixicillin for 7 days. I have been using it twice a day for 5 days now, will continue for two more days. Have diarrhoea sometimes probably because of the antibiotics. Now I feel that tip of my penis is cold and a bit itchy, specially when rubbed to my underwear, I feel there is some discharge from it but I cannot see anything. Because of this I went to doctor and he referred me to do urinalysis two days ago. Bacterial culture and Chlamydia/gonorrhoea and chemical screening. Bacterial culture is negative and chemical screening are normal, waiting for the others. Today realized a small almost unnoticeable line-like spot on tip of my penis where I have the feeling. Temperature from under my tongue was 36.9 today. I am really scared of having herpes or some other STI. Cannot concentrate or do anything, zero appetite. I feel dizzy sometimes, I don t know if it is because of excessive stress or another sign of possible infections. I made the decision to stop having any type of one night stands after this. But still go insane all the time.
