What Causes Itchy Pimples On Buttocks?
my wife and I have just moved to Guatemala and rented a house. Out of the blue she started getting these pimples on her buttocks. Big, bumpy and itchy. We have seen two local dermatologists; they are diagnosing mites and have give her a bunch of creams and even antibiotics

The pimples on her buttocks might be to mite bites that can be confirmed through serological tests.
As you have moved recently to Guatemala, intestinal parasitic infections are to rule out through examination of stool for ova/parasites.
