What Causes Itchy Rash On Inner Arms And Thighs?

I have of little skin colored and slightly irritated bumps not pus filled no head to them like some sort of rash that developed about 4 days ago on my inner arms inner thighs and the front of my thighs . If I get too hot they itch a little what could this be?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection. I suggest using an anti-fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also suggest using anti-fungal such as Fluconazole 150 mg daily for three days.
