What Causes Itchy Rash On Lower Legs?

I developed a rash on my lower legs, and have had it since Tuesday evening. I have been taking Benadryl at night, and it disappears, then by the next day in the afternoon it reappears. It itches really bad, and the spots are getting bigger and are getting larger by the day. The rash is NOT raised, but under the skin. it has been just below the knee to my ankle, but is going above my knee a bit and a little on my feet.

It is clear allergy. Subcutaneous bleeding may/ may not be. Rashes are corrected by benadryl further confirms it as allergy.

Any anti allergics are of temporary use. The best bet is, time tested, but not so fancy Haridra Khand Ayurveda medicine. Main ingredients turmeric, Sugarcandy etc. It cures the root cause of any allergy by being 'anti sheet pitt' effect - a name for such allergies and skin/ blood disorders.

Haridra Khand is not tasty but effect is wonderful. No side effects. Safe. Economic. No interaction with other medicines. Effective for auto immune diseases also.

Alternatively, Capsule Neem, cap Haridra with sugarcandy's powder may be used having same anti 'sheet pitt' effect.
