What Causes Itchy Rashes And Skin Discoloration On Penis Shaft Post Intercourse?

I have developed a rashes of 3 linear lines and some darkening of the skin on the shafts of my penis 48 hours after two days of sexual intercourse. I think my girl friend has a yeast infection. I have no creamy discharge but itches and a similar odor to her vagina. Do not think this is herpes becuase medical book says would take at least a week to blister and these are nut blisters. any idea what it might be? trying to get into doctor tomorrow.
