What Causes Itchy Rashes Around The Bruised Area On The Legs, Wrists And Back?

Hello, Had a bad fall almost two months ago and bruises all over legs. Appearing to a very slow recovery, bruises swollen and turning colors, especially at nights. Furthermore recently getting itchy and rashes not only on bruised areas but also on other areas such as wrists and back. What could it be and help? Thank you, Jean

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history, you are having a fungal infection called as tinea corporis. My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
