What Causes Itchy Rashes Around The Eyes Along With Nausea And Headaches?

hi, my mother is 49 years old and in good physical shape. she has been experiencing itchy rashes around her eyes, extreme joint pain, extreme tiredness, she is sensitive to temperature, hot and cold. she has dizziness, nausea, headache, eye pain and worsening of vision. she has always struggled with sever back pain. all of this has had a fairly quick onset, she says that her pain has become so severe that she can hardly get herself dressed or pick up books. she is also currently incarcerated.
