What Causes Itchy Rashes Behind The Shoulder And Upper Arm?

itchy rash driving me crazy! Started out on the back of my shoulder, then moved to the upper right arm, then my left upper arm- now it is on my lower right arm. It goes away in one place and then shows up in another. Last night my lower right arm was all bumps, now most of them have gone away but the few that are left behind are all red

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction. I recommend using Calamine lotion for local relief and also daily antihistamines. I suggest using Levocetirizine daily.
