What Causes Itchy Rashes On Abdomen, Arm And Upper Leg?

My daughter is 3 years old and she has a rash that appeared on her left abdomen/ side. I gave her Benadryl and it seemed to help the redness but it is still not gone away. Today is the 8th day. It did not itch for several days but now it seems to itch slightly just when she wakes up in the morning. A few days ago she has some spots show up on her left arm and today there are a few patches on her upper left leg. They do not appear bright red and almost look like hives but smaller. She has no other symptoms. No fever. No congestion. No sneezing or sore throat.

it is contact dermatitis. give levocetrzine suspension according to her weight and age. apply caladryllotion maintain hygienic. the allergen may be cosmetic. food or drink pet in house or pollen in air.
