What Causes Itchy Rashes On Arm Pit And Groin Area?

I have bad itching and rashes in armpit, along the arms, groin, behind knees, but the itching is all over. They gave me meds for eczema and cream, and I ve been using a sealant over it. 3 showers a day. Then apply. The redness in the groin is better in the morning but in the afternoon it s worse and spreading again.

Such itchy rash on armpit and groin area can be due to fungal infection/ eczema.
