What Causes Itchy Rashes On Fingers After Fingering Vagina?

my boyfriend fingered me for the first time at the start of the year and after it he had a rash kinda on the back of his hand it looked like scrapes more than anything and he said it was itch but went away after a while he fingered me again the other day and said the next day he had the same thing on his hand but it went aways after one day ? what could it be ?

Itchy rashes may be due to allergy from vaginal fluids.
In future,he should properly wash his hands after the act.
He can also apply steroid cream like Beclomethasone.
