What Causes Itchy Rashes On Inner Thighs And Penis?

Hi, I have a rash on both of my inner thighs right next to the scrotum, with a bunch of red bumps,dots all throughout the rash. A couple days ago, I woke up and also had a bite/bump on my penis shaft that was red and raised with a hole in the center of it that itched like crazy. The big bump has scabbed over but still itches like crazy.

Hi,

You need to be evaluated by a urologist or dermatologist to rule out any possibility of herpes infection and may need TORCH screening or STD testing too. Treatment would be accordingly.
