What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Body?

I got rash on my body chest on my stomach, on my sides, arms, shoulders, buttocks, my legs and feet but none on my back or my genital area... And when I scratch it I scratch open the wash bumps leaving a hole in the middle and causing it to bleed hit not lot of bleeding...

It can be due to scabies for which use calamine lotion for local application on whole body at night after taking bath with hot water along with cetrizine or avil for itching. Take tab bandy-plus one stat at night and one after 7 days. Take some multivitamins like zevit or neurobian-forte.
