What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Buttocks And Below The Knee?

I have a rash that comes every when the weatger fets warm, it feeks like whelps and the area is hot,I started on right lef below rhe knee now it ison my but cheeks and it isdriving me crazy, And yes I have tried a lot of over the couter anti itch cream

It is possible that it may be due to a fungal infection.

This tends to be itchy in nature and more likely to occur in warm conditions.
Moisture is also a breeding ground for fungal infections.

The use of an anti fungal cream would help eg nizoral, miconazole, econazole, ketoconazole.
It can take two to three weeks for a fungal infection to heal.

You may need to consider adding a topical steroid cream for the first few days to help with the itching eg hydrocortisone.
