Biopsy result Lichen planus waiting to see a dermatologist, thus far none of the skin medications have helped. What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Hand And Wrists?
Hi, As first-line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. As of now, you can take an antihistamine like cetirizine for itching. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
