What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Hips?

Hi, I have an itchy rash between my hips (basically inside of my right hip) and it really pains. It s been 2 months. It looks like a white inside skin area, just like when a portion of skin is removed after a burn. Red muscle is visible inside of that rash.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo, my treatment advice is -
1. Wear loose clothes and maintain good hygiene.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
