What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Intergluteal Cleft?

I have this rash that s been reoccurring for about a year now. It falls on my butt almost close to my butt crack. It just appears, gets itchy, try as much not to itch though. It doesn t hurt nor show signs of appearing, i just see it there. This is like the 4th time it s come. I use antifungal creams and it goes in like 3,4 days like it came. Just want to know what it is so can get the right treatment. It s not blister like lumpy like small blisters, dry though

it is fungal infection keep it clean and maintain hygiene, if not responding to topical application then take systemic anti fungal antibiotic like fluconazol.apply candid ointment.
