What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Legs, Chest And Arms?

For two or three days now I get rash on my legs chest and arms...It makes me itch...it isnt a raised rash just red blotches, it will last a while and go away but then come back...I feel drained with no energy but that could be from lack of sleep...I do not have a fever

it appears to be contact dermatitis can be due to some medication or spores in atmosphere or a pet in house. try to avoid it and take tab levocetrizine 5mg in morning and apply caladryl lotion over rashes es.
