What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Pelvic Area?
Sir, Over the last 4 to 5 weeks I have developed rash and red coloured Tinea like highly irritation in my pelvic area. Over the time it has advanced into the penis shaft and tip aa well. I jave applied creams like Zole, and Sulfaz ointment, but the infection has only spread further. Please guide.

You can take oral and topical antifungals.
Take tablet terbinafine 250 mg once daily and apply luliconazole cream on the affected area once daily for 3 weeks.
