What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Upper Arms?

I ve been using crutches for a week and now have a large itchy rash on the insides of my upper arms as well as my sides from squeezing the crutches to my sides. I m using hydrocortisone cram and taking Benadryl. Is there anything else I can do to clear this up? Meanwhile I might be on crutches another five weeks

you are probably having pressure urticaria. keep the crutches padded to avoid friction with arms. Take desloratidine 5 mg twice daily. Apply steroid antibiotic ointment like Momate F twice daily
