Over the last 24 hrs or so I have developed small bumps all over my arms. They aren t red and itch only slightly. They have no heads to them. I have tried to recall any new products I ve used that might have caused them, but can t come up with anything to explain them. Any ideas?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy red bumps all over the arms which is a common skin condition in which hair follicles become inflamed which is usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection leading to ffolliculitis. Major reason for its occurrence is friction and other reasons are heat , sweat and dermatitis. need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep that area dry , wear loose cloths. You should apply cold compress and apply soothing lotions. You should gently wash the infected skin twice a day with antibacterial soap and protect your skin from direct sunlight cover it properly . Take diet rich in fluids. Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibacterial or antifungal medicine along with procedure like laser hair removal and light therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
