What Causes Itchy Red Bumps In The Fingers And Swelling In The Hands?

I need info on what seems to be a fungal infestation on my hands. It started out with small, itchy red bumps on my fingers and now there is some swelling in both hands. Also, there are patchy spots where the skin is peeling. Do you have any info on this?
