What Causes Itchy Red Bumps Near Nose Along With Symptoms Of Flu?

I have the flu and under my nose right under the nostrils i have little red bumps that have formed, a little red and scaley looking that look like white heads on them, they slightly itch, its small but irritating, do i put abreva on it or steroid cream or what. Thank you

you might be having flue but in nose you are having rhainitis. cantake antihistaminictablet and apply nasibion nasaldrop. wait for some time you will have recovery.
