Hello,

Since you are suffering from itchy rashes all over the body since a long time, you are suggested to take care of your hygiene and be very careful of what you eat. Certain food can trigger allergy and some medicines also have similar side effects. You should wash your clothes in hot water and Savlon / Dettol frequently, clean the living area so that you have no bugs around. Do not share your toiletries with anyone.

Avoid addictions if any and avoid taking food that causes allergy. You can take non sedating antihistamines, one daily for seven days to get relieve. Application of cold / ice packs can help. Get clinically examined and get confirmed if it is scabies or psoriasis so that treatment can be specific. Take bath regularly. You can apply Ascabiol lotion on areas affected, leave it for 35-40 minutes and take bath, if it is scabies it will get reduced. Repeat this after 15 days again.

You are suggested to get clinically assessed by a dermatologist to detect eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis or skin infection due to STIs. You will have to get blood tests and skin culture done if required. Get STD tests done to rule out STI. If positive reports are attained you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals. In the meantime, you can apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream to get rid of itching. If you are diagnosed with psoriasis then you can apply a thin layer of Calcitriol (Vectical) and Calcipotriene (Dovonex, Sorilux) containing topical ointment in the affected areas for relief. But, test it in a small area before applying as sometimes it causes side effects and severe burning sensation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
