General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, it is the combination of work place exposure to particular pollens with perspiration responsible for the itchy red bumps on the back.

Exacerbation of the same after bath may be due to histamine release from the mast cells of the skin. Anti histamine, frequent bath with anti septic soap, treatment of the clothes on scientific basis will give best results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
