What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On The Lower Legs And Arms?
Hi, I have developed a rash - itchy, red bumps. It is primarily on my lower legs and lower arms and my back. Hydrocortisone cream provides minimal relief. This started while I was vacationing in Tucson, Az last month. I ve been back to Mn for 5 days now and its no better.

What you are suffering from seems like an allergic reaction. Local application of predisome cream may not help. I would advise you to start Levocetrizine 5 mg (Levocet) twice a day for five days.
If that does not work in two days, you should contact a dermatologist as steroid injections may be needed.
