What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On The Penis?

Hello. I have genital herpes type 1 and the man I am dating has red bumps on the head of his penis. We use protection and I am also on medication for herpes. He is uncircumcised and said it doesn t hurt but itches a little. He was also said that his skin feels itchy. He said that he does have sensitive skin.

If you have used protection (condom).
Then no need to worry about herpes infection.
It can be
allergic to condom
fungal infection due to hygiene issue

still you can do routine investigation for STI and rule out herpes
