What Causes Itchy Red Bumps On The Vagina?

Hello, I have very itchy and irritated genitals, it burns when I pee, there is blood when I wipe my buttocks, I have itchy red bumps that appear like mosquito bites, and I have tried using vagisil and nothing has worked, I was just wondering what this might be?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be some infection and it could be skin related one you can try broad spectrum antibiotic cream like "Povidone Iodine" cream, (here your age is missing else something else could have been thought ) hope this information helps.
