What Causes Itchy Red Rashes On The Body After A Hot Water Shower?
I have a red rash that appears as big bloches when I am in a hot shower and for some time after. I itch all the time (in and out of the shower) but not redness appears when I am dry. Bendaryl, atarax and anti itch creams are not helping what is this and how do I treat it. All my blood work is negative. Going to an allergist soon, no new soaps, creams, lotions, or sprays... help

Hello,
It could be due to dermatitis or an allergic reaction. As of now, you can take antihistamines like Cetirizine for symptomatic relief. You can also apply low potency steroid like betamethasone also.
