Hi, I know exactly what it feels like. The symptoms is called pruritus. Pruritus can be the manifestation of allergic reaction, insect bites, or fungal infection. Pruritus can be followed with the other sign like rash, ulcer. Pruritus could also be influenced by many factors like pregnancy, metabolic disease such as diabetes and so many more. To help making the best diagnosis, you have to visit your doctor so you can be examined comprehensively.
Here's what you can do: 1. Always make sure your skin is clean and well hydrated, especially the areas exposed to these spots. 2. Avoid scratching the itchy area as it will only create a skin injury that can cause secondary bacterial infection. 3. Wearing loose clothes that absorb sweat and not tight 4. Keep your house clean 5. If you suspect that you are allergic to certain substances such as dust, pollen, certain foods exacerbate complaints, better avoid them.
