What Causes Itchy Red Spots On Back And Chest?

hi can i ask a question about my ptroblem.please.? i have on my chest and on my back 3 reddish spots the size of a coin which have appeared to me a few days ago and it gives me sensation itchy. it gives me burning, and I feel like I scratch. at the beginning, that three days ago was one stain and then expanded. Now I have three spots on the back and one on his chest.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy red spots on back and chest . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like folliculitis, contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub with clothes, dermatitis or excessive sweating causing sweat dermatitis . I would suggest you to keep the area clean, apply some topical antiseptics , also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap . Avoid any kind of cosmetics . Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin containing ointment are also useful . If symptoms persist then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , skin patch test and allergy tests . Doctor may prescribe abtibiotics like clarithromycin , immunosuppressants along with anti inflammatory and corticosteroid ointments .
