What Causes Itchy Red Spots On The Penis After Intercourse?

I have had unprotected oral sex last week followed by protected sex. Since the session was too long, guess me and my partner lost lubrication. Now I have red spots over head of the Penis which became bit itchy and I had mild pain while passing urine. I m worried. Can it be some kind of STD? Should I go and see a doctor?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Itchy red spots what you are experiencing on the penis appears to be caused due to abrasions on skin. This could have happened during intercourse due to lack of proper lubrication.
Kindly do the following to overcome this.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream over the lesions as a thin layer.
3. Take Tablet. Levocetirizine once a day to overcome itching.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction and provide proper ventilation.
5. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Take care of your personal hygiene by using medicated soap while taking bath. Gradually, your symptoms should subside and be back to normal.
