What Causes Itchy Red Spots On The Testicles?
Dear Doctor, I am having a serious issue. It s been a long time i have consulted with any doctor. Due to privacy concern, it has been a difficult situation for me. I am feeling itchiness below my testis and what i see is, two spot and blood is coming out. Sometimes, it get close and fill up with blood as time pass, then poped up, and restart the situation. I don t know what has caused this. I had no previous medical history. Please assist me in this matter.

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to have a dermatologist or urologist review and get TORCH or STD screen done.
Such lesions may need long term oral antibiotics and sexual precautions for a few months.
