What Causes Itchy Red Spots On Torso Head?

I have small red dots, about the size of a pin head, slightly raised, on my torso. They are spread out, maybe 6 or 7 total and really itch. I took an antihistamine and doused them with rubbing alcohol and obtained some relief from the itch but as these products wear off, the itch returns. They are driving me crazy. I have PCOS and do have various moles and skin tags on my body but these came up at once.
